Cancellation Policy
i charge a 60% cancellation fee if you cancel after 24 hours or for any no call no shows. if you cancel same day you have to pay 60% of the service unless an EXTREME emergency. if you no call no show you will be blocked from booking & charged 60%. if you are 10 mins late to your appointment you must pay an additional $15 fee. if you are more than 15 mins late you are charged 40% of the service & have to reschedule.
