Cancellation Policy
i charge a 60% cancellation fee if you cancel after 24 hours or for any no call no shows. if you cancel same day you have to pay 60% of the service unless an EXTREME emergency. if you no call no show you will be blocked from booking. if you are 10 mins late to your appointment you must pay an additional $15 fee. if you are more than 15 mins late you are charged 40% of the service & have to reschedule.
